Bond Recruit are Construction Recruitment Specialists we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing office in Chandlers Ford, Southampton.

Over recent years Bond Recruit has now established itself as one of the leading Construction Recruitment company’s across the South & we are looking the right person to join our dynamic & friendly office.

ABOUT THE ROLE/ WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT:

• Building and managing client relationships, servicing our clients requirements.
• Conducting business development calls over the phone as well as face to face.
• Visiting both clients and temporary workers on site.
• Sourcing and selecting well matched candidates for each & every role
• Managing candidate administration including time sheets and right to work documentation.
• Using the job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts.
• Using our tailored database / CRM to search for candidates.

EXPERIENCE/ WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Minimum of 12 months experience within sales or target driven environment
• Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment
• Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and a strong initiative

• We hold quarterly training seminars with external trainers to make sure we are giving you all the support & training you will need to succeed.

Salary £27,500 – £35,000 basic salary dependent on experience with OTE of upto £85K in your first year!!!!!
